These Terms of Service apply to ocadom.shop, operated by ocadom. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on our store.

Store use

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment for inventory, pricing, address, payment, fraud, legal, or technical reasons. If payment was captured for a canceled order, we refund it to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, and the final total are shown before payment. You’re responsible for accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Shipping and returns

Intellectual property

Store-created text, layout, and graphics are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners. No permission is granted to copy or misuse protected material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ocadom isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss caused by website misuse, product misuse, carrier delay, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
